1. Overview

The Featherstone Outdoor Referral Program rewards customers for referring friends and family to our store. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How the Program Works

• When you refer a friend using your unique referral link, they will receive 10% off their first purchase.

• To qualify, your friend must make a first-time purchase of at least $25 using your referral link.

• Once your friend completes their purchase, you will receive 500 points, which can be redeemed for rewards.

3. Eligibility

• The referral program is only available to registered customers with a valid Featherstone Outdoor account.

• Referrals must be new customers who have never made a purchase before.

• The referring customer and the referred friend must have different email addresses and payment methods.

4. Limitations and Restrictions

• If we detect a previous reward or purchase associated with the friend’s email, neither party will receive a reward.

• Self-referrals are not allowed. If the referring customer’s email matches the referred friend’s email, no reward will be issued.

• If the referred friend cancels or returns their purchase, the referring customer’s reward will be revoked.

• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

• Points have no cash value and can only be used toward future purchases at Featherstone Outdoor.

5. Earning and Redeeming Rewards

• New members receive 25 points upon signing up for the program.

• Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

• Points can be redeemed at a rate of 20 points = $1 toward future purchases.

• Referral rewards are typically processed within 24-48 hours after the referred friend’s order is confirmed.

6. Fraud and Abuse

• Featherstone Outdoor reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these terms.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse of referral links.

• Any attempt to manipulate the program, including posting referral links on discount-sharing sites, may result in account suspension.

7. Changes to the Program

• Featherstone Outdoor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
