Expedited Shipping Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and accurate fulfillment process, Featherstone Outdoor applies the following terms and conditions to all orders placed with expedited shipping services.

 

 

1. 24-Hour Order Holding & Verification Period

All orders—including those placed with Expedited, Express, Overnight, or 2-Day Shipping—are subject to a 24-hour processing and verification period before shipment.

This holding period allows us to:

 

  • Verify payment and billing information

  • Confirm product availability

  • Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Ensure your order is packed correctly for safe delivery

 


This verification window does not count toward the carrier’s transit time.


Example:

If an Express (2-Day) order is placed at 3 PM on Monday, the 24-hour processing period may extend to Tuesday, and the 2-Day transit time begins once the carrier picks up the package.

 

 

2. Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be considered as placed on the next business day for processing purposes.

Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Expedited shipping refers only to the carrier’s delivery timeline after the order has been processed and shipped.

Actual delivery dates may vary based on:

 

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Invalid or incomplete shipping addresses

  • High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)

 

 

 

4. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

If any items in your order are out of stock or require special handling, our team will contact you within the 24-hour processing period to provide alternative options.

 

 

5. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases where:

 

  • Orders are delayed due to the 24-hour verification period

  • The customer provides incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Carriers experience delays outside our control
