Featherstone Discount Code Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all discount codes, promotional offers, and coupon codes (“Discount Codes”) issued by Featherstone Outdoor (“Featherstone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By redeeming or using a Discount Code, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Discount Codes are valid only for customers who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the accompanying promotion.

  • Featherstone reserves the right to verify eligibility and may refuse or cancel an order if misuse is suspected.

2. General Conditions

  • Discount Codes apply only to purchases made directly on our official website: www.featherstoneoutdoor.com.

  • Discount Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • Only one Discount Code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless specifically stated.

  • Discount Codes cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or combined with other promotions, unless specified.

3. Limitations

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount Codes do not apply to:

     

    • Gift cards

    • Taxes

    • Shipping fees

    • Third-party marketplace purchases (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)

     

  • Discount Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or refunds.

  • Discount Code value cannot exceed the purchase amount.

4. Expiration & Validity

  • Each Discount Code includes an expiration date. Codes are invalid after that date.

  • Featherstone may modify or cancel any Discount Code at any time without prior notice.

  • Expired codes will not be honored under any circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy for Discounted Items

  • Items purchased using a Discount Code remain subject to Featherstone’s standard return and exchange policies.

  • If you return an item purchased with a Discount Code:

    • Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid (after discount).

    • Discounts will not be reissued or reinstated for future use.

6. Misuse of Discount Codes

Featherstone reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any Discount Code and/or order if:

  • The code is used fraudulently

  • Terms are violated

  • Multiple accounts are created to abuse new-customer or limited-use promotions

  • Automated systems or bots are used

Orders flagged for misuse may be canceled without notice.

7. Limited Use or “One-Time Use” Codes

If a Discount Code is designated as “one-time use”:

  • It may only be redeemed once per customer, household, payment method, or email address.

  • Any attempt to reuse the code may result in order cancellation.

8. Modifications to Terms

Featherstone may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Discount Code constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
