Elastic Pad Straps for Moondance Top Quilt

Not quite the intended purpose of these straps, but I bought these for my backpacking pillow! As a quilt-backpacker looking for a cheap but quality strap to keep my pillow from moving around during the night, these did the trick! Straps stayed in place while I moved around on my sleeping pad and the elastic still comfortably held onto my 25” wide pad without squeezing it so tightly that it noticeably changed the shape of the pad.

If you are a fellow backpacker looking for a pillow solution from a reputable company, these are great!

Work as described well-made

Two years ago I purchased 2 Moondance Quilts for a backpacking trip with my son. We really loved the product. I'm going on a new trip with my youngest son, and I thought I lost my elastic straps so I purchased some new ones from Featherstone. Well, after I sent in the order I found my straps at home. John in customer service was so helpful that I was able to return these for a refund. Featherstone has GREAT products AND service. Thank you so much.

They work great with my quilt. I did have a bit of confusion on my first try to get the straps around the pad and attached to the quilt. I figured it out but some instructions would have helped.

They will help nicely to keep everything together while I'm sleeping comfortably on my featherstone mattress pad.

The snaps look identical to the ones that came with my sleeping bag but they do not fit and seem to be slightly larger than the original ones.

Plain and simple, they don’t fit the clips in the quilt that they were designed for. Made the purchase a waste of of money.

Just as advertised. Already attached to my quilt and ready for the next adventure.

Clips on pad straps do not fit corresponding clips on quilt. Strap clips are slightly larger. Appears there is too much variance in manufacturing specs to cause poor fit. Featherstone provided replacement straps in attempt to remedy but they have same issue.

Doesn't fit. Company said it's made by some 3rd party and they can't guarantee it fits.

Prompt delivery looks good not yet used it

As others have said, the buckles don't match the buckles on the quilt. One side is way too tight and the other side doesn't stay clipped.

I reached out to Featherstone and they were nice enough to provide a refund.

Useless as the clips on the straps are slightly too big to clip into the clips on the quilt.

While one clip is way to tight tbe other one barely grips the corresponding Clip on the Quilt at all.

The straps work like straps should. Are they best straps I’ve ever used in my life? Probably not, so 4 stars.

Works great on my quilt as a replacement for ones that were not up to the task.
